All shipments are sent by FedEx. Your cigars will arrive at your door, 2-3 days from shipping confirmation. (if you want we can ship cigars overnight)

This is a very unlikely event, but our policy is that if for any reason your cigars do not arrive at your door, we will replace the order, re-shipping the exact order at no cost to you.
